Had $200+ of items in cart and went to check out at the Ponca City store at 7:00 PM on Saturday 3/20/21. Only one checkout open, 10 people in line to check out. Checker had difficulty ahead and could not get any assistance from management. Waited 10-15 minutes with nothing happening so finally walked out. Seem to be lots of Red vests walking around the store but no one can run a checkout counter. Lowes has become worse than Wal-Mart for checking out. I can drive 90 miles to Wichita, KS and shop at Menards and get home quicker than I can drive 40 miles to a Lowes and get checked out. Lowes is terrible.
