The delivery was just a no show. We had to wait 3 additional days before they were able to actually deliver it. *Damages to my house and property: doorframe bent out of shape, floor has a long scrape, cabinet scratched up, part of corner of counter broken off, anniversary gift broken. Not directly Lowe’s fault, but was done by a company they chose. The third party that delivered didn’t use a refrigerator dolly and instead used a board with wheels. They had to lay the fridge down a couple times to remove and replace the dolly *After getting the fridge hooked up it didn’t even work *We were told we could swap out the fridge for another one within a $200 range of original price we paid for the fridge. We drove out (about 30 min away), selected one, then found out the money had been refunded onstead and we were told we would have to wait an additional 7-10 days before we would have the money back on our account to be able to get another fridge. Apparently there was no communication here *When our money got refunded it was only for the fridge and not the money for the 5 year warranty My husband had been in and out of Lowe's, along with both of us nearly constantly on the phone with them, trying to get these situations fixed for a week. The only good parts of this whole experience was a man named Tom who works in the appliance department who was AMAZING. He did everything he could to help us with the whole situation. He helped us in our search for a new fridge and answered all of our many questions. I had talked to him on the phone a couple times and he made sure to take notes for anyone else who would be there incase he wasn't able to be there at a time we needed him. In the end of everything I talked to a store manager named Josh. He was able to help resolve all of the issues listed above and was able to give us a discount on our next fridge. He even made sure there would only be one person in the future for us to contact while we wait for my new fridge to arrive so everything goes smoothly and there are no more jumbled communications. He is also making sure that the third company they had gone through that caused all the damages to our house and broke my anniversary gift handles everything as they should. Overall, I think everything was eventually handled well and I am satisfied with how things went. Everything was reasonable and I don't think they could have done more to right these wrongs.
