Lowe's feedback - I bought two A. O. Smith 40-gallon water heaters review

Smith 40-gallon water heaters from Lowes. I had both water heaters installed by Lowes contractor - Streamline Plumbing. As I paid for their bundled labor service for both water heaters, the first installation was great. The second installation was not so good. They didn't replace my water valve and pan. As I insisted that the pan must be replaced, they replaced it with scratched, dent and undersized pan. The contract did not leave me with peace of mind with their installation. <p>I bought two A. O.
