Brian in the Paint Department at the Lowe's location in Natick Massachusetts went out of his way to help me find a specialized rubberizing paint to seal the crown of my chimney. I had heard about such a product either online or on the radio but was unable to find it. Good luck getting help at the Orange Store where I was told to look among the chimney merchandise. On a quirk, I approached Brian and he graciously listened to me and after giving it some thought was able to find the product I had been looking for for weeks. I told him I wanted to relay my positive experience and he said I could do so using the information on my receipt. Since that got discarded I decided to post my experience here. I hope this makes it's way to the Natick store and that Brian gets the recognition he deserves for excellent customer service. I trust you can make that happen. Thank you!
