I understand the challenges and the workload of an employee in the store that has a tremendous amount of traffic like this Lowes location. This can wear out the fire on many to provide exceptional customer service every single day. I am handicapped and I am extremely concerned with the exposure to the Covid virus. Because of that, I am doing a lot online ordering and picking it up in the store. This week I had two great experiences shopping at Lowe’s on Daniels Road. On Monday July 6th, I placed an online order purchasing 4 gallons of paint along with other painting materials. After realizing that I had ordered quarts instead of gallons, I reached out to the store and spoke to Chris Lowe / manager. Chris reassured me that that was not gonna be an issue and that he would correct it to make sure that I got 4 gallons instead of 4 quarts. Chris and the paint department manager worked through my online order error, and assisted me all the way from the mixing and preparation of the paint to making sure that my entire order was brought out to my vehicle. It was an amazing experience and I am extremely grateful for their help. On Wednesday, July 8, 2020 I placed an order for 5 bags of water softener bags for pick up. Shortly after my arrival, I met with an employee under the outside tent for order pick up. He went inside to process my order, and while standing out of by truck, another employee that was pushing 5 shopping carts into the store stopped and asked me if I was being helped. I went on to explain to him that I was already been taking care of, but that I just wanted to make sure that the salt bags were not damaged or cut which is common because the pallets in which the salt comes in usually has nails that rip into the bags. The gentleman reassured me that that would not be an issue, because he would personally hand picked them for me to make sure that they were not ripped and that he would load them up for me. Within 2 minutes, he had picked the five bags and the gentleman that was handling the pick up order came out and had me sign the loading ticket and I was on my way. Just can’t get service like that any much more. The employee’s name is Brandon Dawkins. I reached out to Mr.Lowe because I wanted to make sure that he knew that Brandon was a great employee. Mr.Lowe told me that he was going to make sure that this employee received proper recognition as well as a Service Star Award. Thank you for a great experience shopping at Lowes. To whom it may concern,

It’s not every day that I run into an employee of a business that Is willing to go out of his way to help someone.
