The employees were very friendly and said they would still try to find the ladder for me (apparently there were 11 in stock in the store, they just couldn't find them). I left my phone and planned to pick up another day, and not 15 minutes after leaving the store and being partly home they found the ladder. All of this was not ideal, but the staff was great and I still got everything I needed -- or so I thought. It turns out the ladder was not the only thing missed in my order. A week later as I have finally done a bulk of prep for my project and ready to dig in, I realize I am missing one of the tools I thought I purchased! I was super disappointed that not everything was actually ready for my order. The employees were super friendly and I appreciated them making some extra effort to call me when they located the ladder I needed, but overall I would have preferred to have been contacted when my order was ACTUALLY complete or just have done it myself.
