I have two recent experiences with Lowes that have me both frustrated and angry. Two orders (#702771045 & 702363953) not available for pickup at my local Lowes were shipped to me via common carrier. In both cases the taxes collected were in excess of state and local taxes. Apparently Lowes has not learned how to properly tax internet orders. Regarding order #702363953, it was received defective (will be returning at future date). But......Lowes return policy states that shipping charges are not refundable.
