She pulled together items from our online order for pickup, assisted us with finding a replacement for one item that was a bit scuffed, was friendly during the entire checkout process and guided us through how to get our heavy items to the car. Huge kudos to her! My only issue had nothing to do with Rebekah, but rather your online order system. We placed an order online several days ago and, upon calling the store to see if any part of it was ready for pickup, were told nearly every item was in stock but a few. It would have been more convenient if those items had immediately been pulled aside for us rather than us having to call and ask for them to be placed aside. The only reasoning I can think of is that the store waits until all of an order is ready before setting aside any of it, but that seems like it could lead to delays if one item in the order takes forever to arrive or if something that was in stock goes out of stock while waiting for the rest of the order. Maybe provide an option when buying online to have items prepared for pickup as soon as they are available, rather than needing to wait for the whole lot?
