I'm a baby boomer so, yeah, I've bought a lot of things over the years. Recently, I bought a major appliance from Lowes. It arrived at my house badly damaged, but was told by Lowes it would be quickly resolved, so I agreed to take it. I've lost count how many times I've complained to various assistant store managers, clerks, etc. (the store manager is conveniently always out or on a business trip, and is therefore unreachable). The point is, at Lowes, NO ONE CARES about the customer. Once they've got your money, you're on your own. They'll go through the motions of pretending to help you, but they actually aren't doing anything to resolve the issue. THEY DON'T CARE. There are plenty of other good retailers to choose from for your DIY needs. Lowes is no longer getting any of my hard earned money.
