If I could give Lowe's a negative ten, I would. If a Lowe's salesperson tells you that your purchase qualifies for a rebate and when you pay at the register they issue you a receipt for the rebate, WHATEVER YOU DO READ THE REBATE RECEIPT IMMEDIATELY. I purchased a Samsung steam washer and dryer in February 2020 and was told by a Lowe's employee that the set would have a $100 rebate issued in a Visa prepaid card. There was also advertising on top of the set I purchased that indicated a $100 rebate. I submitted the rebate the day of the purchase and then their rebate website went down for months. Nine months later after submitting and re-submitting four times I am told by another salesperson at the same store that the washer dryer pair I purchased did not qualify for the rebate. They told me that the rebate receipt says "ITEMS PURCHASED MAY QUALIFY FOR REBATE". DON'T TELL ME MY ITEMS QUALIFY FOR A REBATE AND DON'T GIVE ME A REBATE RECEIPT IF YOU KNOW THE ITEMS I PURCHASED WILL NOT QUALIFY FOR A REBATE!!! I feel this is deliberately misleading customers and I will not continue to shop at Lowe's.
