On March 25, 2020 I tried to contact the Lowes store #1575 to place a $5,000.00 order of Paver block I needed, but after being put on hold for several minutes I was hung up on. I repeated the call for three days straight, and my last call the rude woman who answered said we do not have time to be taking orders or doing look ups and hung up. I made numerous calls to the Lowes Corp office number to complain and on the third attempt and being placed on hold for approx. 40 minutes, I finally spoke to a woman who took all my information and gave me an incident #35421661703 and stated someone would be in contact with me. It is now June 6th and no one from Lowes ever returned the call. This is a prime example of just how pathetic Lowes company is, and their employees are mostly women who do not know the difference between a hammer and a shopping cart. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere, and the order of pavers bought and delivered to my home hassle free within a week. Lowes cannot deliver a call back within a few months so what's that tell you. Over the years Lowes has become one of the lowest quality stores with very poor service, employees with absolutely no idea of what they sell, and merchandise has become cheap crap made outside the US. If you are foolish enough to buy anything from Lowes and you experience any type of problems do not expect them to help you, they will ignoramus's your every call and complaint.
