There was something wrong with it so Lowes said they would swap it out and deliver another one of the same kind. I thought that would be fine. This evening we were the last delivery of the day way past the time they said they would come. When the delivery men came, they could hardly speak English! He asked something about the payment for haul away which had already been done the last time and left a receipt or bill for the same amount I already paid. As we were requested we socially distanced ourselves while the two men were bringing the washing machine in and setting it up. One of the men was not even wearing the mask properly. We could hear them banging the machine around a lot. I think it one point they dropped it. They did not set up the machine for use as the first installers did. They left long dark marks on my wall. They left and when we looked at the machine after they left, it rocked!!
