I called on 6/18/20 to check status of that order. The LADY that answered the phone said the order 700296585 was messed up but that she could order the item for me and it would be here in 14 days, I gave her my credit card and she placed the order at 12:02pm(the time of my receipt) At 1.47pm I recd an email that stated my order 700296585 was ready for pickup. .the order the lady said was messed up. So we went to Lowes and picked it up explaining my problem to Maria, Sam and another man with a beard, Around 6p.m. I checked up credit card and Lowes charged me TWICE. I called and Jeremy answered the phone and said he would fix this.After several minuted...like 20 on hold I got disconnected, WHY DIDN'T JEREMY CALL ME BACK? he had 2 phone numbers for me...TODAY as I look at my account there are still TWO CHARGES FOR $70.34 on at 1.00p.m.(I WASN'T AT YOUR STORE UNTIL 4:07P.M., You employess stated I would not be charged UNTIL I signed for the item, so why was my CC charged at 1pm??AND the other charge was at 4:59p.m. I have just checked with my credit card carrier and there is NO pending credit for that amount.
