I had arranged for delivery and installation by which I mean I paid for them. My range arrived in August but never got contacted for delivery. Finally a friend of mine with a truck volunteered to pick it up and help with the installation. Upon installation I tried to use the oven and got an error code. Called the manufacturer (Samsung), scheduled appointments twice with no one showing up either time. Finally Samsung told me they were sending an RMA (return and exchange) to Lowes. Lowes never contacted me. My attempts to contact them by phone were frustrating. There person I needed to talk to was never there. Often I would be put on hold and picked up by customer service, put on hold again and finally disconnected. I drove to Lowes and though I had settled the exchange but no, they never ordered or finished ordering the replacement. I am going to going tomorrow to demand an oven or my money back.
