Lowes on March 11 , to be delivered Fri. March 19 . At 12:30 pm a delivery person called , said they were enroute and would be there in 20 minutes , they never showed up . When I called the delivery co. , they never answered or returned my call . I called the store and was put on hold or transferred multiple times , finally some one said he would check on it and get back to me , he never did . Finally I got ahold of Kia in customer service , she said the company said they delivered it , that was a lie . She found the unit in store undelivered .
