we have been trying to get our order status we called today and waited spoke to Domonic in your customer service dept and he was very rude, condescending, and not willing to help at all. We have spent a lot of money in Lowes and we are not happy with the service he provided we asked several time to speak to a manager and he said the manager on vacation. How is it a company of this size has no one to assist when we escalated a call? we would like a call back to discuss this matter. This is such a horrible experience as we also went into the store and they told us to call customer service. something is not right
