He he seemed not to want to help me look for the fireplace screen I really wanted and just told me to check back in a week so I ended up buying another one that was actually in stock. Then when it was time to pay, three of your four self checkouts were not working but only one had a sign that said out of order. The line to pay was in the middle of the store but there was no one there directing the people to go to either the register or the self check out and all the customers seemed confused. The line was about 10 people deep yet none of the associates seemed concerned enough to direct traffic and ensure that people were either going to the next register available or checking out at the one self check out that was actually working.
