I have been waiting for my free repair because of a recall of my fireplace since last Dec. 2020. I did receive the repair parts but can't seem to get someone to repair it. I have made several calls and have been promised "soon". On the 12th June I spent 1 1/2 hrs. on the phone and online. I was told to use this email address - LowesApplianceRepairUpdate@lowes.com. and provide my information (name, address etc.) There was no place on that page to type in my info. I got on the chat line with MyLo but he did not understand what I was talking about and just hung up on me. I called 1-888-251-1019 and was told she couldn't help me and I could only do this online.
