I had to use the restroom. The restroom was flooded and there was a urinal wrapped in plastic. I realized that I’ve seen this level of maintenance since moving here 10 years ago. I suppose the COVID environment made it stand out more. How can a company who sells the parts and tools to fix things be in such a poor state?
