Lowe's feedback - Yesterday, I went to the Lowe’s in review

Firstly, had to struggle to find someone to help me. I was there to purchase a floor sweeper. I then chose the sweeper and there was a sign that said “Reduced to 11.99”. I check out and they charge me $20.14. I explain that this is incorrect and the cashier tells me I have to go to customer service. I go to customer service and they guy swipes the item and it still comes up at the higher price. He said I needed to get the person that helped me and I explained that he had said he was leaving. Another guy passed by and I asked if he could help The customer service person tells him to help me and go back to the product aisle and look at the sweeper. We go back and he says “oh yeah, it’s the same product number”. And I said let me take a picture and then the helper disappears. I went back to customer service and I show the person the picture and he told me he couldn’t see it. I just returned the product and I will NEVER shop at that store again even though I have a Lowe’s credit card. Yesterday, I went to the Lowe’s in Hendersonville, NC.
